QUESTION: How do we obtain our marriage license for our Alabama beach dream wedding?

ANSWER: An Alabama marriage license can be obtained by the bride and groom from any county courthouse in the state of AL.

Proper identification will be required, (driver's license and/or Social Security card).

There are no blood tests required in the state of Alabama and no waiting period.

QUESTION: Will rain affect our beach wedding?

ANSWER: As with planning any beach wedding ceremony, rain is a variable to consider.

In most cases, soft, summer showers breeze through in about 10-15 minutes.

QUESTION: How far in advance should

we schedule our beach wedding?

ANSWER: Most brides dream of a beautiful sunset beach wedding. Since sunset is the most popular time to perform beach weddings, brides will often schedule months in advance.

Your chances of a sunset beach wedding improve considerably when you schedule in advance, however; we regularly perform impromptu ceremonies.

If your preferred date and time are already scheduled, we can perform your wedding before or after a previously scheduled ceremony.

QUESTION: Is a rehearsal necessary

for our beach wedding?

ANSWER: Since most brides choosing beach weddings are attempting to simplify, rehearsals are often unnecessary.

However, if you desire a rehearsal, we make ourselves available for an additional fee of $100.00.
